It opens fresh, mineral, deep, with fragrant field flower notes (camomile, elderflower, iris).
On the palate is rich, complex and multilayered with an almond finish.
With the passing of time, these notes transform into even more complex aromas of pollens and dried flowers.

CHARACTERISTICS
Garganega: this variety was introduced in the Classic area 2,000 years ago by the Romans.
Fermentation takes place in used barriques, large barrels and steel tanks. Prior to racking, batonnage is carried out every 6 weeks for about 6 months. Fining for 6 months in stainless steel vats.
Great ageing potential until 10-15 years.
