Cave St. Philippe, Riesling 2021

The Riesling grape variety, originally from Germany, is also known as "Petit Rhin" in Valais. It can be found here on just over five hectares. In our vineyards, we have set up a best-adapted cradle so that it can develop harmoniously with all its characteristics: fruity aromas with an unmistakable mineral touch, a lively and full-bodied palate and a good ageing capacity.
