We have christened this cru after the legendary robber in the Pfyn Forest. After a traditional vinification, it is carefully aged for several months in small French oak barrels. In addition to the cocoa, berry and plum bouquet typical of the Salgesch terroir, this maturation gives the Pisür additional aromas reminiscent of vanilla and lightly toasted bread. On the palate, the harmony is underlined by expressive and elegant tannins.
